ID'ing Chevy engine

is there anywhere online to ID a chevy engine by the numbers? My brother has a 55 Chevy truck with a V8, obviously not original to the truck. These are the numbers he left for me:

Intake: 6262936
Head: 3998920
Block: 3970010

Any help would be appreciated.
