Suzuki Grand Vitara & GM TRACKER M&G Brake spacer plate for the Shock mount.

This spacer gives the added clearance for the crossover brace when the master cylinder is moved forward 4" to accommodate the M&G unit on 1999-2005 vehicles.

This Spacer plate goes between the Left Front Shock Mount and the inner fender panel where the shock was bolted with 3 studs & nuts.  simply remove the 3 nuts and the shock will drop down, place the spacer over the studs with the locating tab in the slot and push the shock back in place by hand and re-install the 3 nuts.
