The Chevrolet V8 SB/BB & V6 SB engine stands are Laser Cut from 3/16" Steel to give you A Hi Quality product that will last for a long time. The rear mount comes with a provision for the 3 bolt #1969309 flange type starter for 168 tooth flywheel. The Starter can be left on the stand. Many new aftermarket Hi Torque starters will also work. The stand is available for side engine mounts (shown). The stand has provision for optional wheels with 1/2" studs or can be bolted to your race trailer or work bench. The time saved in finding those little annoying leaks, noise, or hard to get at adjustments can be worth it weight in gold. Not to mention the satisfaction you get when you install the engine, fill the radiator, close the hood with your friends or the customer there, jump in the vehicle, start it up and go for a road test.
